Othello - Review

Perhaps the only truly heroic character in the play is Iago's wife, Emilia. Staunchly defending Desdemona and bravely defying both society's view of women and her treacherous husband, she's brought brilliantly to life by Jamie Lee Shebelski.

SPC Spring Festival of New Plays 2015

5/18/2015

I had the honour of assisting two fantastic playwrights with their workshops and presentations.  I read Cassandra in The Suspect by Johnna Wright (adpated from the novel by L.R. Wright) and Bayley in In Care by Kenneth T. Williams.

Both Johnna and Ken are good friends, and I was so happy to work with them this week.

Check out the StarPhoenix article about the Festival this year.

The Clockmaker - Review

Madame Pierre (Jamie Lee Shebelski) expertly lets the nervous man, seated in a wobbly chair but too afraid to call it uncomfortable, blurt things out that are unintentionally self -incriminating.
